B01-Materials for Electronics and Photonics
Symposium Introduction
Symposium B01 is an international symposium on microelectronic and optoelectronic materials. The scopes of the symposium dedicate to advanced research and innovation made by both academia and industry, including but not limited to materials for advanced semiconductor devices (e.g. GAAFETs, CFETs, 2D material channel FETs, 3D DRAM device and cell array, novel memory, 3D NAND), silicon photonics and on-chip optical interconnection, MEMS/NEMS for IoT wearable technologies, optoelectronic sensors and imagining systems, quantum dot, power devices, neuromorphic computing, and integrated multi-chip devices by 2.5 and 3D packaging.
Attendees can expect Keynote Lecturers given by pioneers in the fields, and leaders from academia and global high-tech corporations, technical sessions for invited talks and peer-reviewed presentations, and post sessions.
Symposium Topics
1, Materials for fabrication of integrated circuits, including photon resist, precursors for CVD and ALD, PVD targets, slurries and consumable materials for CMP, etc.
2, Manufactory of IC substrates, including crystal growth and synthesis of Si, Ge, III-V, SiC, and substrates on insulators by SOI, GOI, III-VOI, NbOI, etc.
3, Thin film deposition and their applications, including PVD, CVD, ALD, epitaxy, etc. for electronics and photonics
4, Materials and Devices for memory technology, including DRAM, 3D NAND, MRAM, RRAM, FeRAM, PCRAM etc.
5, Optoelectronic materials and devices including Si-based optical modulators, switches and detectors; Si-based waveguide technology and nano-devices, Luminescence in Si- and III-V- based materials, Integration of photonics with electronics, etc.
6, Materials and Devices for quantum computing
7. Materials for MEMS, sensors and actuators
8. Nanomaterials and Device for life science applications
