ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The deadline to submit an abstract is: 15 October 2025 (23:59, Beijing Time, UTC+8) In fairness to all potential authors, late abstracts will not be accepted.

Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium. Authors will be notified of acceptance and presentation mode by 10 September  at the latest.

Abstract length: Web submissions are limited to 3000 characters (including spaces, only plain text, no figures, no formulae...). (no Template)

1. Before submitting the abstract, you need to select the registration type (no payment required). Click on "Registration", and after selecting the registration type, you can proceed with payment according to your individual circumstances.
2. Follow the easy step-by-step instructions on the template on line.

After submitting your abstract, please use your Control ID number in all communications with C-MRS. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission.

The online submission center enables you to save an abstract as a draft and submit it later on. 

Authors are able to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of   15 October (23:59, Beijing Time, UTC+8). Abstract submission is mandatory. Contributions saved as drafts only will not be considered in the selection process.
