REGISTRATION FEES

Abstract acceptance does not mean registration: each author attending the conference must pay the conference fee.

(1) Regular participant

Before 20 September 2025, 23:59 (Beijing time, UTC+8): RMB 2500 / USD 360

After 21 September 2025, 00:00(Beijing time, UTC+8): RMB 3000 / USD 450

including access to ALL symposia, access to ALL poster sessions, access to workshops, conference program in pdf format, lunches from 15-17 October 2025, coffee breaks, C-MRS membership for one year, and a Conference Delegate Bag.

(2) Student

Before  20 September 2025, 23:59 (Beijing time, UTC+8): RMB 1500 / USD 220

After 21 September 2025, 00:00 (Beijing time, UTC+8): RMB 2000 / USD 300

including access to ALL symposia, access to ALL poster sessions, access to workshops, conference program in pdf format, lunches from 15-17 October 2025, coffee breaks, C-MRS membership for one year, and a Conference Delegate Bag.

PAYMENT OF FEES

This conference accepts payments in RMB or USD.

RMB Payment Methods:

(1) QR Code Payment

Conference delegates can log into the conference website, register, and make online payments using options like Alipay or WeChat Pay.

(2) Bank Transfer

Delegates can log into the conference website, select "Bank Transfer" for payment, and proceed according to the bank account details provided.

(3) On-site Payment

If QR code or bank transfer payment is not possible, delegates can choose to pay on-site. Please note that this payment method does not qualify for early bird discounts.

USD Payment Methods
(1) Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) (preferred method)

(2) On-site Payment

Please note that this On-site payment method does not qualify for early bird discounts.

CANCELLATION

In case the C-MRS conference is canceled, the conference attendees will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fees. In no case can the Conference Organizers be held liable for the reimbursement of any other cost, such as travel costs, accommodation costs, living expenses, etc. Such costs are the exclusive responsibility of Conference attendees.

To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to  cmrs_secretariat@163.com by 20 September 2025. No refunds will be issued on requests after 20 September 2025.
